ADI Global Distribution is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to be a vital part of our expanding ecommerce-focused Digital Experience team.

Job Duties

Conduct User Research – Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research.

Analyze User Behavior – Synthesize research findings to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns that inform design decisions.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate user insights into product development.

Develop User Personas & Journeys – Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and workflows to illustrate user experiences and inform design strategies.

Test Prototypes & Products – Conduct usability testing on wireframes, prototypes, and live products to assess functionality, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Translate Research into Actionable Insights – Present findings and recommendations through reports, presentations, and workshops.

Stay Up-to-Date on UX Trends & Best Practices – Keep informed of industry trends, emerging research methods, and evolving user expectations.

Advocate for the User – Champion user needs within the organization, ensuring a human-centered approach to product and experience development.

Measure UX Impact – Evaluate the success of design solutions using KPIs, usability metrics, and post-launch feedback.

Build & Maintain Research Repositories – Organize and manage research documentation for accessibility and reuse across teams.

You Must Have

Minimum of ten years of successful UX Research experience, preferably for an ecommerce product-driven business.

Understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles.

Proficiency in qualitative research and quantitative research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, ethnographic studies).

Experience with quantitative research methods such as surveys, A/B testing, and analytics.

Significant digital and mobile research experience.

Ability to present research findings compellingly and lead stakeholders to optimal solutions.

Excellent research skills with sensitivity to user experience interactions across touchpoints and systems.

Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma is a plus.
