Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Research Specialist to lead and execute comprehensive research efforts that inform and transform the user experience across web and mobile applications. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, deep understanding of UX research methodologies, and the ability to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, advocating for user-centered design and influencing product strategy and development with compelling data-backed narratives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of research methodologies from discovery through implementation to understand user behaviors and needs.
• Partner with key stakeholders across design, engineering, and management to integrate research throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations, communicating findings through detailed presentations and visual summaries.
• Conduct evaluative research to assess design concepts and usability, supporting teams during ideation, prototyping, and evaluation phases.
• Manage multiple research initiatives, ensuring the quality, ethical standards, and integrity of research data.

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative UX research methods.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable narratives.
• Proven track record working in technically complex environments and adapting to evolving project conditions.

Industry Experience

• Experience in web-based and mobile application development environments is required.
