JOB SUMMARY

This role focuses on leading and executing comprehensive UX research to inform and guide the development of web and mobile products. The right candidate will expertly plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research, transforming insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancement. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and engineers is key to embed user insights into the product development process, advocating for optimal user experiences throughout.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Plan and conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research using various methodologies.

Analyze research findings to distill clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Communicate research outcomes through compelling presentations, reports, and stories.

Work closely with product management and design teams to inform product strategies.

Advocate for the user, highlighting usability issues and improvement opportunities.

Must have Skills

Proven experience in leading UX research using diverse methodologies.

Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Proficient in using research platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Qualtrics).

Industry Experience

Prior experience in technical environments, particularly those focusing on web and mobile platforms, is required. A strong understanding of generative and agentic AI is also essential, highlighting the candidate's ability to work on AI-enabled products and experiences.
