Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience,
  • Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field,
  • Experience (end to end) with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting),
  • Experience with lab-based user testing, remote testing, iterative prototype testing, survey design, and usage of multiple methods within a study,
  • Have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas),
  • (Desirable) Master's degree in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology,
  • (Desirable) Experience with conducting research in a corporate setting,
  • (Desirable) Experience with democratizing research and supporting non-researchers with conducting their own research,
  • (Desirable) Experience with foundational and discovery research to drive requirements,
  • (Desirable) Experience using AI within research process for planning, analyzing, and creating reports

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a skilled and curious UX Researcher to join our Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) UX Research team,
  • In this role, you will partner closely with product, design, and business teams to generate actionable insights that shape customer-facing and internal service experiences at scale,
  • As a UX Researcher, you will independently plan and execute mixed-methods research — including usability studies, generative discovery, surveys, and contextual inquiry — to inform product strategy and design decisions,
  • You will translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that help stakeholders understand customer needs and prioritize with confidence,
  • You'll design and conduct end-to-end research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods,
  • Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations that drive product and design decisions,
  • Partner with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify research opportunities and integrate insights into the product development lifecycle,
  • Communicate research findings to cross-functional teams and leadership through presentations, reports, and artifacts,
  • Contribute to team research standards, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices,
  • Support Guided Self-Service research initiatives, enabling product teams to conduct lightweight research with appropriate guidance,
  • Comfortable with using AI to increase velocity and reduce workload
