We are looking for a skilled and curious UX Researcher to join our Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) UX Research team. In this role, you will partner closely with product, design, and business teams to generate actionable insights that shape customer-facing and internal service experiences at scale.

As a UX Researcher, you will independently plan and execute mixed-methods research — including usability studies, generative discovery, surveys, and contextual inquiry — to inform product strategy and design decisions. You will translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that help stakeholders understand customer needs and prioritize with confidence.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design and conduct end-to-end research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations that drive product and design decisions
  • Partner with UX designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to identify research opportunities and integrate insights into the product development lifecycle
  • Communicate research findings to cross-functional teams and leadership through presentations, reports, and artifacts
  • Contribute to team research standards, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices
  • Support Guided Self-Service research initiatives, enabling product teams to conduct lightweight research with appropriate guidance
  • Comfortable with using AI to increase velocity and reduce workload

## **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**

  • 3+ years of proven success leading User Research projects with demonstrated impact experience
  • Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience (end to end) with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
  • Experience with lab-based user testing, remote testing, iterative prototype testing, survey design, and usage of multiple methods within a study
  • Have a portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (e.g., study plans, reports, personas)

## **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

  • Master's degree in Human Factors, HCDE, or Cognitive Psychology
  • Experience with conducting research in a corporate setting
  • Experience with democratizing research and supporting non-researchers with conducting their own research.
  • Experience with foundational and discovery research to drive requirements.
  • Experience using AI within research process for planning, analyzing, and creating reports.
