We are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared Service Designer / User Researcher to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile public sector transformation programme.

Key skills and experience

• Strong background in Service Design and User Research within government UCD programmes
• Experience working to GDS standards and within agile teams
• Skilled in planning and conducting user research to inform service and interaction design
• Ability to map end-to-end services, identify pain points and opportunities, and co-create solutions with stakeholders
• Confident presenting findings and facilitating workshops to drive user-centred decision making

Key details

• 6-month initial contract (rolling up to 12 months)
• £450 – £500 per day (Inside IR35)
• Must hold active SC Clearance
• Start ASAP
• Hybrid working (London client)
