5+ years of user research in enterprise/complex software environments, with proven influence on roadmaps.
Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD in Psychology, Anthropology, Human Factors, HCI, Organizational Behavior, etc.).
Expertise in mixed methods; skilled in tools like Qualtrics, Dovetail, DisplayR, Maze.
Strong statistical analysis fluency (regression, A/B testing, clustering).
