Role and Responsibilities

As the UX Researcher at Bask, you will be the voice of the user. Your insights will guide the design and development of our Telehealth platform, ensuring that it delivers a seamless, intuitive, and delightful experience for all users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure that our product meets the evolving needs of our users.

Your primary duties will include

Conducting user research to gain deep insights into the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target users, including Telehealth providers and patients.
Designing and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B testing, etc.) to gather meaningful data.
Analyzing user feedback, synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable insights to inform design decisions and product improvements.
Collaborating with the UX/UI design team to ensure research insights are integrated into the product design process.
Reviewing designs and prototypes to ensure they align with user needs and research findings.
Creating user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
Identifying key areas for research within the product development cycle, prioritizing research initiatives to maximize impact.
Continuously monitoring and evaluating the user experience, suggesting improvements, and validating design iterations.
Staying current with industry trends, methodologies, and technologies in UX research and user experience design.
