Human Factors and Usability Engineering Specialist

Medtech Innovation Engineers are required to lead user research and human factors activities across the product lifecycle. This role involves planning, executing, and evaluating usability studies, as well as conducting formative and summative testing.

Skills Required

• Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of relevant human factors/usability engineering experience is necessary.
• The candidate should have a proven ability to apply knowledge of human factors principles and techniques to design, develop, and evaluate hardware and/or software products.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to author Human Factors Engineering plans and execute on them, are essential.
