Senior Human Factors Engineer Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Factors Engineer to join our team in a closed area program. As a member of our Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) group, you will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, usability, and maintainability.

- Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing human factors programs, performing hazard analyses and design analyses, and briefing human factors considerations at technical reviews.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MIL-STD-1472 compliant human factors programs.
- Perform human factors planning, hazard analyses, and design analyses.
- Brief human factors considerations at technical reviews and as part of the engineering approval process.
- Interpret system requirements, customer specifications, and military standards.
- Prepare internal and customer reports describing various analyses relevant to the human factors program.
Qualifications
- Experience with DoD human factors programs, such as MIL-STD-1472.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant human systems integration, human factors engineering, or safety engineering experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date.
