Human Factors Lead Role

Human Factors Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading human factors work on a Flexible Robotics platform. You'll work closely with the Human Factors & Experience Design (HFXD) team to ensure that HF activities support business goals and our product vision.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading complex human factors work, using best-in-class methodologies to inform thorough decision-making and HF strategies
• Managing and evolving critical HF documentation included in the usability engineering file (uFMEA)
• Developing positive relationships with business partners to create alignment and unlock success for human factors
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the product experience
• Reviewing HF materials and outputs from other HFEs (internal or external)

You'll need

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in human factors engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of HF principles and practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
