Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the design of human-machine systems and products, ensuring safe and successful human operation.

Main Responsibilities

Define system performance requirements for pilots, loadmasters, and maintainers.
Apply human performance principles to design human-machine systems and products.
Develop research methodologies and analysis plans to test and evaluate developmental prototypes.
Cordinate across interdisciplinary teams to integrate HE considerations into overall system design and development.
Participate in lab and aircraft evaluation and testing of new and/or enhanced cockpit and cargo compartment hardware and software designs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, psychology, human factors or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in human engineering.
Experience with military standards (e.g. MIL-STD-1472, MIL-STD-1474).
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
