Junior Human Factors Specialist Position

We are looking for a skilled Human Factors Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience working on various projects, including medical devices, consumer products, and digital solutions. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external clients to ensure that developed products meet user needs and regulatory standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct desk and field research to inform design decisions
• Manage use-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Plan and conduct Human Factors studies to identify usability issues
• Compile results into clear reports for client teams and stakeholders
