We are seeking a skilled UX Researcher to champion the needs and goals of our partners across digital platforms. The successful candidate will employ various research methodologies, bringing users to life in the design and development process and leveraging insights to inform design directions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers to plan and organize user research studies, including generative and evaluative research methods.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify new opportunities for product innovation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Stakeholders to understand business requirements and incorporate them into research findings.
• Communicate results and opportunities in clear, concise ways across different audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Applied experience with user research methods, including in-depth interviews, field studies, usability testing, and concept testing.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience performing generative and evaluative research in a fast-paced software development environment.
• Familiarity with the user research lifecycle, including study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting, and communication.
• Experience using Figma and related tools.
• A portfolio showcasing case studies in generative, evaluative, and post-launch research.
