Job Description
We are looking for a UX Researcher with 3+ years of experience to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will support various business units in improving their products and services by conducting UX research and Customer Journey Mapping projects. You will work with both scrum (product) and business teams and stakeholders to understand customer needs and pain points and identify and prioritize opportunities and solutions to improve customer experience and achieve business goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Familiar with a range of research methods such as usability testing, concept testing preference test, surveys, interviews etc.
- Can find the question behind the question and formulate a clear research objective
- Knows how to draw up recruitment criteria and recruit respondents
- Can write and present research reports in a catchy and concise manner
- Can convey the value of research well
- Has experience in working in multidisciplinary teams
- Is proactive with strong communication skills
