Senior UX Researcher - Strategic Insights

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned researcher to lead our UX Research team in developing and implementing strategic research initiatives that drive business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative research, experience building and scaling research playbooks, and the ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse stakeholder needs.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for

• Leading cross-team, cross-product, and cross-functional research initiatives to inform business strategy and drive product development
• Building and evolving our target audience system to reflect how work and roles evolve in the age of AI
• Creating and scaling a research playbook, synthesizing best practices and developing reusable templates, guides, and knowledge-sharing practices
• Leading strategic, quantitative research on product market fit, roadmap prioritization, and audience insights that span products and teams
• Configuring and optimizing research tools to maximize efficiency and impact

You will work closely with our Product and Design teams to ensure that research findings are actionable and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience leading quantitative research initiatives in a product or marketing setting
• Experience building and scaling research playbooks, templates, repositories, and systems that raise research maturity
• Ability to adapt or invent approaches to meet diverse stakeholder needs and constraints
• Proven skill in aligning research with business goals and inspiring stakeholders with clear, persuasive synthesis
• Enterprise product experience in SaaS, B2B, or complex domains requiring research across diverse user types and stakeholders
