UX Research Lead

Are you a strategic research professional seeking a challenging role that combines leadership with operational excellence? We have an exciting opportunity for a UX Researcher to join our team and take on the responsibility of building and owning the shared UX Research Platform. As a key member of our product organization, you will play a critical role in empowering Product and Design teams with coaching and operational support to meet day-to-day research needs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience leading quantitative Product or Marketing research, with expertise in audience definition, product-market fit, journeys, adoption, or similar. They will also possess strong operational skills, including the ability to build and scale playbooks, templates, repositories, and systems that raise research maturity. Additionally, they should have experience adapting or inventing approaches that meet diverse stakeholder needs and constraints, as well as proven skill in aligning research with business goals and inspiring stakeholders with clear, persuasive synthesis.
