Human Factors Engineer

Job Title: UX/Human Factors Engineer II
Our company is looking for a seasoned Usability/Human Factors Engineer II to enhance our team's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain integrated, feature-rich capabilities that promote modernization of visualization and presentation tools.
- Research and document user workflows, design and create mockups, engage with users, and interact with the development teams using tools such as Axure and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Collaborate with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure the product stays modern and innovative.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in cognitive and/or experimental psychology, human factors engineering, or an engineering related field (e.g. systems engineering, software engineering, business process engineering). Advanced degree in these fields is preferred.
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in this or related field, with expertise in task analysis, user interface design, and usability testing.
- Five (5) years of experience in user-experience design and testing.
- Conduct usability testing and collaborate with product designers and process engineers to develop applications.
- Design and implement user surveys to gather user feedback.
- Apply task experience in each phase of the usability and software engineering cycles (analysis, design, implementation, and deployment).
