UX Researcher (Onsite)

Location: Foothill Ranch, CaliforniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $30 - 35 per hourWe're looking for a highly motivated UX Researcher to be the voice of our end-user. You'll conduct deep dives into brands, culture, products, and marketing, using a mix of interviews, surveys, field tests, and evaluations to identify and validate exciting new opportunities. Your work directly ensures that our products meet and exceed user needs. This is a highly collaborative role that requires you to partner and influence across Design, Product Strategy, Engineering, and Marketing teams. Satisfying the end-user is the ultimate goal.Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross functional teams to plan research initiatives.

Define research goals.

Define workstream plan and timeline.

Deploying the right research methods.

Collecting data and performing interviews.

Synthesize data.

Storytelling and influencing with your insights.

Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience with the following:

User journey mapping

Usability testing

Profiling/archetype generation/psychology

Discovery research

UX/UI principles

Data visualization
