This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Telecom, Communications, or Media Technology who thrives in a fast-paced, research-driven environment. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Redmond, Washington. What You'll Be Doing Conducting UX research to enhance B2B/B2C websites, customer care portals, and mobile apps Designing and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies Collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations Identifying user pain points and opportunities to improve digital interactions Synthesizing findings into clear, compelling reports to guide strategic decisions What We're Looking For Experience: Proven track record in UX research within Telecom, Communications, or Media Technology Skills: Strong expertise in usability testing, customer interviews, journey mapping, and data analysis Tools: Familiarity with industry-standard UX research tools and methodologies Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and present insights in a meaningful way This is a great opportunity to apply research expertise in a high-impact, customer-facing environment.
