User Experience Designer

🚀 UX Designer – (45-55K)

📍 Hybrid role in Manchester

An innovative and fast-growing tech company is looking for a UX Designer to join their team and help shape the future of digital communication solutions. 🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore and validate early-stage product ideas.
• Creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Delivering high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility standards.
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement through user feedback and testing.
• Acting as the voice of UX within cross-functional product teams.

✅ What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of UX design experience (ideally in B2B SaaS or telecoms).
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools).
• Experience with prototyping, user testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• A solid understanding of user research and design systems.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bonus: Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) and motion/interaction design.
