Role: User Experience Researcher Location: Seattle, WA Job type: Contract Job description Senior User Experience Researcher qualitative and quantitative research Methods Excellent collaboration & communication skills psychology, human-computer interaction (HCI) anthropology. The ideal candidate would be able to clearly understand and influence the business goals, workplace tools and collaborate with both design and technical partners to ensure employee needs stay at the forefront of solutions, empowering a global force of Adobe employees to do their best work. You're an experienced researcher who has a passion for employee experiences, ensuring we support connection, reduce friction and understand & advocate for employees needs and ways of working. Significant hands-on research experience, with at least some experience applying research in an industry setting. Mastery in a broad range of mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) research, their tradeoffs and best application of methods within time constraints, and ability to explain rationale for each method. Ability to analyze insights and articulate recommendations that impact digital solutions. An understanding of the technology development cycles and can time research to have maximum impact. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent collaboration & communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem space, sometimes in various ways to meet the needs of different recipients.
