Responsibilities

  • Understand and scope research needs
  • Design qualitative research studies (mixed methods background is a plus)
  • Conduct a range of research studies including but not limited to IDIs, focus groups, concept testing, competitive audits, and discussion forums
  • Conduct brainstorming/co-creation sessions with internal stakeholders, partnering closely with the design function
  • Synthesize research data to develop compelling and easy-to-understand research outputs

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on research experience in the tech industry
  • Direct research experience in Business & Ads Product/Monetization space and experience with B2B participants is a must
  • Ability to move quickly with rigor, taking ownership of research projects end-to-end, while adapting to changing product or team priorities
  • Experience in a wide range of qualitative research methodologies (e.g., IDIs, concept testing, competitive audits, discussion forums); mixed methods research background is a plus
  • Experience effectively and responsibly using AI in different aspects of the research process
  • Demonstrated high-caliber collaboration skills with internal stakeholders throughout the research process through brainstorming sessions and/or design sprints
