Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a UX Researcher III to join their dynamic team. As a UX Researcher III, you will be an integral part of the Growth product teams supporting innovative user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable you to thrive within this forward-thinking organization.

Must have 4+ years in product (consumer & digital) to be considered.

Job Title: UX Researcher III

Location:Menlo Park, CA (Remote, West Coast preferred)

Pay Range: 60-80

What's the Job?

  • Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify research needs and prioritize projects.
  • Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Present research insights to stakeholders in a concise and impactful manner.
  • Maintain research documentation according to UXR reporting standards and ensure compliance with data protection standards.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience conducting user research in a technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in research methodologies such as in-depth interviewing, usability testing, concept testing, and focus group research.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
