Intern UX Research

What youll do
As an intern in UX Research at the Municipality of Haarlemmermeer, you will join the UX team to enhance digital services. Youll assist in testing forms and investigating new website pages. Your internship focuses on quantitative online research, where youll set up, publish, and monitor surveys. Youll collect and analyze responses and discuss your findings with colleagues. Youll have the opportunity to work independently, with guidance as needed. Additionally, youll participate in ongoing research, prepare test sessions, and work on results. Your work contributes to continuous learning from residents and improving online services.
Tasks
Setting up surveys for online forms and web pages
Publishing and monitoring surveys
Collecting and analyzing responses
Discussing findings with colleagues
Participating in ongoing research
Preparing test sessions
Working on research results
Collaborating with the user researcher
Contributing to digital solutions

What you’ll need
Education in UX Design/Research or relevant study
Interest in digital services and research
Motivation to make a difference for residents
Proactive and curious
Fluent in Dutch speaking and writing
Available from September 2025 to January 2026
Available for at least 28 hours per week
