UX ResearcherAbout This Featured OpportunityThe UX Researcher will create a research plan and execute research on a third-party HCM platform primarily used by retail and finance teams. The platform is scheduled to launch late next year, and you will support internal evaluation and user testing efforts leading up to the rollout. Your research will identify pain points and usability gaps across various personas, informing change management strategies and key product recommendations.
