🚀 About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher who thrives on strategic thinking and quantitative insights-not just running user tests. You'll be embedded in cross-functional teams working on key flows like Onboarding, Registration, Contract-to-Collect, and Upsell within a fast-evolving SaaS platform. Your mission: help users experience value quickly and uncover opportunities to upsell services through seamless design.

This isn't a checkbox research role. We want someone who proactively drives discovery, challenges assumptions, and translates data into actionable strategy. You'll be shaping the digital transformation of a global logistics player (yes, FedEx), helping them evolve from legacy systems to digital-native excellence.

• ✅ Proven experience in quantitative UX research (surveys, analytics, A/B testing, etc.)
• ✅ Strong strategic mindset - you think beyond the screen
• ✅ Comfortable working in SaaS environments (experience is a plus)
• ✅ Ability to collaborate across product, design, and business teams

• ✅ Experience with tech companies or digital-native environments
