About the Role We are seeking a passionate and strategic UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, research, and agile product development. Youll play a key role in shaping user experiences through human-centered design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to solve complex user problems. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, with a strong focus on usability testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure seamless execution of design solutions. Create low-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively; proficiency in Figma is a plus. Develop and maintain clear Information Architecture to enhance content discoverability and user flow. Act as a liaison between teams, leveraging account management skills to navigate personalities and priorities while keeping projects on track.
