About the Role We are seeking a passionate and strategic UX Researcher to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, research, and agile product development. Youll play a key role in shaping user experiences through human-centered design, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Apply design thinking and human-centered design principles to solve complex user problems. Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, with a strong focus on usability testing. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to ensure seamless execution of design solutions. Create low-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts effectively; proficiency in Figma is a plus. Develop and maintain clear Information Architecture to enhance content discoverability and user flow. Act as a liaison between teams, leveraging account management skills to navigate personalities and priorities while keeping projects on track. Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Qualifications Proven experience in UX design and user research, ideally within agile software development teams. Strong understanding of design thinking and human-centered design methodologies. Proficiency in usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Experience with Figma or similar design tools. Solid grasp of Information Architecture principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working with cross-functional teams. Background in account or stakeholder management is highly desirable. Nice to Have Experience in enterprise or B2B software environments. Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Background in psychology, HCI, or a related field.
