UX ResearcherABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITYThe UX Researcher will create a research plan and execute research on a third-party HCM platform primarily used in the retail and finance teams. The platform is slated to launch late next year, and you will support the internal evaluation and user testing efforts leading up to that rollout. Your research will help surface pain points and usability gaps across various personas. These insights will inform our change management strategy and shape key product recommendations.
