Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a mid-level UX / Product Designer with strong execution skills to translate requirements and insights into polished, functional designs. The ideal candidate is an expert in Figma and skilled at working within design language systems / component libraries. You’ll collaborate closely with design leads, product managers, and engineers to deliver accessible, scalable UI for web and responsive experiences.
This is not a research-heavy or strategy-driving role; it’s for a designer who thrives in shipping quality UI within established processes, sprint rhythms, and design systems.
Responsibilities
Produce high-fidelity flows, prototypes, and UI in Figma using an established Design Language System (DLS) and component libraries.
Translate business requirements and known insights into clear, accessible user experiences.
Contribute to design critiques; iterate quickly based on feedback.
Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility and crisp handoffs (tokens, specs, annotations).
Conduct light interaction/usability validation (e.g., quick tests, internal pilots) to confirm usability—not generative research.
Document edge cases, states, and interaction patterns; contribute to Storybook/design documentation when relevant.
Maintain velocity within 2-week sprints across variable project timelines (4 weeks to 12+ months).
