Summary:As a UX Researcher on the Signal Growth team, you will play a critical role in the product development process, designing and executing high-impact research that informs both strategic and tactical product decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing user experiences within advertising tools, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and adept at applying a variety of research methodologies to deliver rigorous, high-quality insights.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to define and deliver meaningful products.Develop and execute research roadmaps, both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Lead research studies across all phases of the product development cycle.Manage research vendors to augment the work of the research team.Deliver actionable research insights in a timely manner, ensuring findings are documented and shared in an accessible format.SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.Proven expertise in qualitative research methods and applied user research.Experience with mixed-methods research, including the ability to execute or interpret quantitative findings.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, translating research findings into actionable product insights.Extensive experience in project coordination and stakeholder relationship management.Skilled in storytelling, ensuring research findings resonate with diverse audiences.Minimum QualificationsBA/BS in a human behavior-related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics).Relevant experience in user experience research, applied research, or product development.Experience working with designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists.Hands-on experience conducting primary research, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, and usability testing.Ability to translate research findings into strategic narratives that drive product decisions.Preferred QualificationsAdvanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in a human behavior-related field.Experience with enterprise products, business insights, or product development.Must-Have SkillsExpertise in behavioral research methodologies.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, ensuring research findings are clearly conveyed and actionable.Nice-to-Have SkillsMaster's or PhD in a related field.Experience in advertising domains.EducationBachelor's degree in a human behavior-related field.Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act, Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, qualified applicants will be considered for assignment with arrest and conviction records.
