Summary

As a UX Researcher on the Signal Growth team, you will play a critical role in the product development process, designing and executing high-impact research that informs both strategic and tactical product decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing user experiences within advertising tools, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and adept at applying a variety of research methodologies to deliver rigorous, high-quality insights.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to define and deliver meaningful products.
Develop and execute research roadmaps, both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Lead research studies across all phases of the product development cycle.
Manage research vendors to augment the work of the research team.
Deliver actionable research insights in a timely manner, ensuring findings are documented and shared in an accessible format.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proven expertise in qualitative research methods and applied user research.
Experience with mixed-methods research, including the ability to execute or interpret quantitative findings.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.

Extensive experience in project coordination and stakeholder relationship management.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS in a human behavior-related field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics).
Relevant experience in user experience research, applied research, or product development.
Experience working with designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
Hands-on experience conducting primary research, including in-depth interviews, focus groups, concept testing, and usability testing.
Ability to translate research findings into strategic narratives that drive product decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in a human behavior-related field.
Experience with enterprise products, business insights, or product development.

Must-Have Skills

Expertise in behavioral research methodologies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, ensuring research findings are clearly conveyed and actionable.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Master's or PhD in a related field.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a human behavior-related field.
