Most importantly, our exceptional employee retention rate reflects a culture of professional growth, mission focus, and dedication—ensuring long-term stability and expertise for our customers’ critical needs.Job SummaryThe UX team collaborates with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usablePrimary ResponsibilitiesThe team researches and documents user workflows, designs intuitive front-end systems, creates mockups, engages with users for feedback, and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst toolsThe team uses tools such as, PenPot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft OfficeRequired QualificationsMust have active Top Secret/SCI with NSA FSPExperience working with system end users by creating user surveys and organizing focus groups to obtain user feedbackExperience working closely with application developers, including product designers and process engineers, to create user interface design specificationsExperience creating user surveys and organizing focus groups to obtain feedback from system end usersExperience researching and documenting user requirements including profiles, frequent tasks, workflows, and user scenarios to make strategic modificationsExperience directing/conducting usability testing while collaborating with the application design teamProficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, and PenPotDesired QualificationsAdvanced degrees and certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plusExempt hourly position. 11 paid holidays, minimum of 3 weeks PTO, company sponsored group medical plan, company paid dental, vision, life insurance, and STD/LTD plans. Salary is dependent upon the candidate’s experience and qualifications.The pay range for this role is:155,000 - 210,000 USD per year (Maryland Office )
