Develop frameworks that guide decisions in research objectives, product feature strategies, and cross-team collaborations. Execute research studies from beginning to end : identify the right research questions, develop clear hypotheses, define the participant sample, choose the best methodology, design the study, and execute with attention to detail and quality. Collate and present compelling insights and recommendations to multiple teams and leaders across the organization, adeptly negotiating for user needs and driving customer-centric decision-making. Own data documentation, ensuring that all research data and materials are properly stored and managed to ensure transparency and future accessibility. Contribute to and facilitate workshop / design sprint activities by surfacing relevant findings, pitching research opportunities, and influencing the evolution of product and design strategy. Act as a vital liaison between design, product management, and marketing teams, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across all stakeholders. Have a clear understanding of how various research functions and data sources (e.g. market research, product marketing, analytics, etc.) contribute to the product development lifecycle, and how to integrate them into your own work. Support strategic change initiatives, advocate for user-centric approaches, pilot new workflows, and explore best practices that evolve our craft. Foster a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing within the team by advising less experienced researchers, supporting their professional growth, and helping to elevate the overall expertise of the team. Combine quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to understand how people use products, identify issues, and provide solutions to improve designs (5 years).4. Safeguard research participants' well-being by following ethical guidelines, securely handling data, and ensuring accuracy (5 years). 5. Develop visual tools like personas (representations of user types) and journey maps (a timeline of user experiences) to identify opportunities to improve the product at every stage (5 years).6. Design and run quantitative surveys to gather feedback from users (4 years).7.
