At Philips, we are looking for a passionate, highly motivated Usability & Human Factors Engineer to join our team. The right candidate will bring a unique blend of technical knowledge, creativity, and problem-solving skills to our highly innovative and forward-thinking organization.We are seeking a candidate who has a strong background in human factors engineering and usability research, with an understanding of the end-user experience, and the ability to apply this knowledge to the design of intuitive and user-friendly products. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in UX/UI design principles and best practices, have a fundamental understanding of user interface design, and be comfortable working in an agile environment.The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for learning quickly. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field is required for this position.
