In a nutshell

The Internal Products Design team enhances the experience in a unique supply chain of tens of thousands of warehouse and delivery employees. As a UX Research Intern, you’ll collaborate with Designers, Product Owners and Analysts to improve our internal tools like the Runner app and warehouse systems.

With a naturally curious mindset and strong empathy, you’ll connect with employees to understand their daily interactions with these essential tools. You’ll conduct mixed methods research including interviews, usability tests and surveys alongside experienced researchers. By analyzing user behavior and uncovering key insights, you’ll help shape more intuitive and efficient products.

Tricks of the trade

  • Research: Take ownership of research activities to bring deep level insights
  • Testing & exploring: Provide new hypotheses to test and explore
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and test prototypes on a weekly basis
  • Share insights: Document and present actionable insights to different teams
  • User Advocacy: Champion the user's perspective by actively engaging with users to understand their daily challenges
  • Continuous improvement: Strive for continuous improvement to take our UX team to the next level

Your superpowers

  • Currently enrolled in a Dutch design education program in a relevant field, such as Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction Interaction Design, Product Design, Consumer Behaviour, CMD
  • You have an inspiring portfolio to showcase a variety of UX projects
  • Full-time (40 hours per week) availability from September 2025
  • Available for 6 months
  • Analytical eye: You’re not a data wizard, but you’re familiar with Excel and know how to visualise and interpret data
  • Ability to reason on high level about various topics, to quickly understand and discuss both business and technical concepts
  • Excellent communicator: You know how to strike up a conversation with anyone and know how to present insights succinctly
  • Flexibility: Agile approach and ability to learn on the go
  • Creativity: Outside-the box thinking and passion for details
  • Affinity for or previous experience with digital design is a plus
  • Fluency in English required, Dutch is a big plus. German or French is also very helpful

Attractive package

We offer €800 per month gross salary for a full-time internship as well as 12.5 vacation days per six months, so you can recharge your batteries.
