Direct message the job poster from PTR GlobalSAP/ERP/IT Recruitment Lead @ PTR Global, a Pinnacle Group CompanyUX ResearcherDay 1 Onsite in Austin, TX (Prefer local folks)Duration: 6 Months contractHybrid – 3 days onsite / weekNo mid layer / No Implementation partners are Involved*Minimum 8-10 Years strong background exp required as a UX Designer*Experience:Mid-level researcher (minimum 4-5 years of conducting UX research)Proven track record of planning and running research, collaborating with other teams to uncover insightsExperience in qualitative research methods (e.g. in-depth interviews, concept testing, lab & remote usability testing)Some experience in quantitative research methods (e.g. data analysis, success metrics, and surveying)Experience in enterprise application product development is a plusRequired soft skills: self-starter, good communication + time management, proactive attitude, team-oriented, ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly, ability to learn new products quickly and work on multiple work-streams, ability to build rapport with multiple cross-functional partners and track leadsResponsibilities:Collaborating with track leads to define research goalsDeveloping a research approach and detailed study plan in collaboration with track leadsWriting research materials with little oversight, including plans, script, reports and sharing results (reports, presentations, etc.)Facilitating research sessions and analysing/synthesizing study dataRequired Skills:User Experience – 5-10 YearsResearch – 5-10 YearsInteraction with people – 5-10 YearsPay Range: $70/hr - $75/hrThe specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
