Are you passionate about understanding user behavior and creating seamless digital experiences? Atlantis University is seeking a talented User Experience Researcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting research to inform the design and development of our educational platforms.

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research studies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences Analyze data and create user personas to inform design decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test user interfaces Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions based on research findings Stay current on industry trends and best practices in user experience research

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field 2+ years of experience in user experience research Proficiency in research methods such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills
