The UX Researcher (Program & Practice focus), is a full-stack researcher whose purview spans strategic research, cross-portfolio insights, and the systems that support a mature research organization. • Execute end-to-end participant recruitment and screening, utilizing database insights to optimize sample representation; upholding rigorous standards for data integrity and participant 'freshness' to ensure every study is backed by a reliable and diverse evidence base.
  • Utilize and monitor AI synthesis tools in daily analysis workflows, validating AI outputs against human insights to ensure accuracy and ethical standards.

What you will bring

  • Ability to conduct foundational and usability studies (moderated and unmoderated) that keep pace with rapid sprint cycles.
  • Ability to pilot, refine, and document new research methodologies and "playbooks" to scale best practices across the team.
