As a**Senior UX Researcher**, you'll be a strategic partner to crossfunctional teams, delivering robust and actionable insights that inform decisions across the product lifecycle. Your work will directly influence how we understand and serve our users - agents, landlords, and renters alike.We're seeking a**skilled mixed-methods researcher**who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment and knows how to prioritize, plan, and execute research that has real business and user impact. You’re a great fit for this role if you thrive on ownership, move with urgency, and have a high bar for quality without letting perfection slow progress.We have a strong preference for Seattle-based hires (hybrid,2x/week in-office) but are open to exceptional remote hires based in PST.What You'll DoIdentify high-impact research opportunities: Ensure we’re asking the right questions to move the work forward and uncover meaningful insightsPartner with cross-functional teams: Deeply understand product goals, user needs, and the broader business contextPlan with purpose: Scope timelines that balance depth and speed, focusing effort where it will have the greatest impactLead end-to-end research initiatives: Own the full research process, from defining the right methods to delivering insights that shape product direction across the lifecycleCommunicate insights effectively: Craft compelling narratives that drive alignment and inform decision-making at all levelsChampion research quality: Uphold high standards while adapting to the pace and constraints of a fast-moving startup environmentContribute to our design team’s culture and strategy , fostering collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learningOur job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities.
