Irving, TX.Location: Irving, TXOnsite jobWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of UX research experience (B2C and/or B2B), with 3+ years in a senior or lead roleStrong command of mixed-method research, in-person/remote research, indepth-interview/focus group facilitation, survey design, and statistical analysisProficiency in a variety of design and research tools, including online research communities, online surveys, remote research platforms, digital whiteboarding, video editing, and knowledge repository platforms.Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s in HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s or PhD a plus)Experience with personas, journey maps, service design and workshop facilitationSelf-starter, able to take minimal direction and expand based on stakeholder needsEvidence of continuous learning, inquisitive mindsetClient-service mentality with a desire to build consensus and overcome objectionsBonus PointsExperience in retail, e-commerce, or convenience techExperience in business administration, strategy, and/or marketingExperience as a visual designer, illustrator, storyboarder, or animatorConsulting background or work with external research vendorsPortfolio or case studies that showcase your experience, skills, and impact
