User Experience (UX) Researcher

Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher for a 40hr/wk, 6 months contract in San Francisco, California (in office 2 days/week). You will engage in diverse product development projects, applying a variety of methodologies, and fostering relationships.Responsibilities:Design mixed-method studies such as surveys, interviews, A/B tests, and behavioral analysis.Conduct UX research projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputAnalyze and synthesize findings to inform short-term design adjustments and long-term strategic decisions.Collaborate with product teams during the development stage to gather user insights.Conduct user interviews, moderated research sessions, and usability testing on design prototypes (static and interactive).Provide actionable feedback that influences UI/UX design improvements.Facilitate conversations with diverse consumer groups to uncover pain points and usability concerns.Establish internal networks to enhance the speed and quality of UX research solutionsFormulate a clear and inspiring UX research strategy and direction across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders
