Senior UX Researcher Product & Enterprise Applications (Remote)

We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher for a global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.

This is a 5-month contract (extensions possible), 40-hour per week remote role in the US.

This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee, with health benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate research results through presentations, reports, and storytelling to influence product and design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure user insights inform the product development process.
• Advocate for the user by identifying usability issues and opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading and conducting UX research for web and mobile products using a range of methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, information architecture studies, concept testing, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate research insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling ability to translate complex research findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive product and design decisions.
• Ability to thrive in highly technical and complex environments, navigate ambiguity, and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset while working with minimal supervision.
• Experience using research platforms such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, and Optimal Workshop to plan, conduct, and analyze studies.
• Strong understanding of generative and agentic AI, with experience leveraging AI tools to support research synthesis and evaluation of generative AI enabled products and experiences.
• Master's degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or any other related field. A similar level of experience is also acceptable for the position.

Compensation: $80/hr. - $85/hr.
