As we expand and win exciting new projects, we’re searching for a UX Designer and Researcher to join our growing team. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping user experiences and driving human-centered design solutions for our Fortune 50 clients. Job Functions

User Research and Insights

• Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and field research.
• Translate complex research findings into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
• Build and maintain research documentation, personas, and journey maps.
• Present findings to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered decisions.

UX Design

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that solve real problems and drive engagement.
• Partner with UI designers to ensure consistent branding and visual appeal.
• Ensure accessibility and usability across all platforms and interfaces.
• Iterate based on data, testing, and user feedback.

Client & Team Collaboration

• Partner with product managers, developers, and marketers across the design and development lifecycle.
• Effectively communicate design rationales and research findings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Align UX deliverables with strategic business and customer goals.

Process & Quality Excellence

• Contribute to internal design systems and research operations.
• Promote best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and design thinking.
• Evaluate and improve UX processes to drive efficiency and impact.

Innovation & Thought Leadership

• Bring forward ideas for new tools, frameworks, or processes.
• Help position Strong Tower as a leader in human-centered design and innovation.

Core Skills

• UX Research & Strategy (required)
• Wireframing, Prototyping, and UX Design Tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD (required)
• User Testing & Data Analysis (required)
• Client-Facing Presentation and Stakeholder Communication (required)
• Agile/Scrum Collaboration (preferred)
• Accessibility & Inclusive Design Knowledge (preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in UX design/research, ideally with enterprise or Fortune 50 clients (preferred)

Physical Requirements: Frequently standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Must be able to work at computer or desk area for extended periods of time.
