Senior User Experience Researcher

Job Title: Staff UX Researcher (Contract)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 5 months to start (high likelihood of extension)

Overview

We’re looking for a Staff UX Researcher to lead user research across an enterprise product environment. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to uncover insights and shape strategy across multiple business areas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead qualitative + quantitative research (interviews, usability, surveys)
• Translate insights into clear product and business recommendations
• Influence roadmap and product direction
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Design, Engineering, and Operations
• Help establish and scale research best practices

What They’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years UX / Design / Customer Research experience
• Strong mix of qual + quant methods
• Experience in enterprise environments (must-have)
• Retail / eCommerce experience a strong asset
• Strong stakeholder communication and storytelling skills
