Must be able to go back in office full time when asked.ResponsibilitiesTranslate research and test findings into actionable, prioritized recommendations for UI designs.Ability to clarify user, customer, and business needs and translate into concepts for compelling interactions and user experienceUnderstanding of research methodologies and experience facilitating researchExperience integrating user research into product designs and design practicesCommunicate with designers on prototype requirements to test and iterateDocument key goals, themes, elements, and behaviors that must be implemented by downstream UI teamsCreate shareable UX artifacts based on the team’s research and activities (such as journey maps, storyboards, and user flows, etc)Document the overall UX strategy (UI, physical attributes, guiding principles, and more) that will be leveraged across all downstream partnersPrioritize research needs/backlog based on product roadmapPay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
