This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful user insights that shape product strategy and design.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end UX research across complex, cross-functional projectsConduct qualitative and quantitative research (usability testing, interviews, heuristic evaluations, etc.)Translate research findings into actionable insights and design recommendationsCollaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Market Research teamsMentor and guide product design teams in user-centered design practicesMaintain organized documentation of research findings and methodologiesRequired Qualifications:7+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing past workExpertise in both generative and evaluative research methods (remote and in-person)Proven ability to lead research initiatives and influence product directionStrong communication and storytelling skillsMust have an updated online portfolio (required for consideration)Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holderRetail or consumer-facing product experience preferred
