Job Title:Senior UX Researcher (Remote, PST Hours)
Location:Remote (Must work PST hours)
Job Type:Contract (6 months to start, potential for extension or permanent hire)
Compensation:$55–$58/hour (W-2 only)
About the Role
We are seeking aSenior UX Researcherto join a fast-paced, user-centric product team within a leading retail organization. This is ahands-on roleideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering impactful user insights that shape product strategy and design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end UX research across complex, cross-functional projects
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (usability testing, interviews, heuristic evaluations, etc.)
Translate research findings into actionable insights and design recommendations
Collaborate with Product, Design, Analytics, and Market Research teams
Mentor and guide product design teams in user-centered design practices
Maintain organized documentation of research findings and methodologies
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work
Expertise in both generative and evaluative research methods (remote and in-person)
Proven ability to lead research initiatives and influence product direction
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Must have anupdated online portfolio(required for consideration)
Must be aU.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
Retail or consumer-facing product experience preferred
