Token Metrics is looking for a passionate UX Researcher who is deeply embedded in the crypto ecosystem to help create seamless, intuitive experiences for users ranging from retail investors to seasoned traders. Youll analyze user behavior both on the platform and on-chain, leveraging blockchain data tools to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys). Analyze platform usage and on-chain activity (wallets, trading patterns) to find friction points. Use blockchain analytics tools like Dune Analytics and Etherscan to enhance research insights. Collaborate with designers to translate research into actionable UX improvements. Engage directly with users to understand their goals, motivations, and pain points. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide product design. Stay current on Web3 UX trends and advocate for best practices that boost trust and engagement. Present research findings to stakeholders and work with product teams to refine features based on feedback. Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in UX research or user experience design with a strong portfolio. Crypto-native with hands-on experience using dApps, wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Trust Wallet), DeFi, or trading platforms. Practical on-chain experience such as trading, staking, yield farming, or governance participation. Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools. Strong knowledge of user research methods and design principles. Excellent communication skills to explain complex insights to cross-functional teams. Why Join?
