The Retail Ads Formats team is responsible for the user experience with the clients shopping ads products. We build ad formats that aim to present the most useful and relevant information to help users shopping journeys in a modern, visual, and delightful way.
- * Lead research studies to uncover insights about user needs, creating useful, usable, and delightful products.
- Conduct primary research such as field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, ethnography, surveys, and usability testing; package insights for stakeholders from Product, Design, and Engineering.
- Manage projects end-to-end—from research planning to conducting studies, analysis, and sharing insights.
- Perform qualitative research including usability studies, concept testing, diary studies, ethnography, and others to gather meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to scope projects and create impact from research findings.

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
